At Cedar Planters, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your planter if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
